ӥ‫ۿݑࠥⱶܐ‬ҙᮆʹ⧯チ۴ ᷡ With the terroir in Dapu community of
ኒϢᮆ㏵ṓẋջ⧯ዕɋ ᯏ⼭ᮆ Gukeng Township, the locally-grown
ẋ➓᪦ջ࡝㏺ⴐẋƶ ᶦຊ̞Ῥ bamboo shoots have good quality. The
ႁᄪˤᔔ ʕ᫄ᄸষဵᮆ۸‫ۿ‬チ traditional sun drying method is used
Ղ ɗ㏺ⴐẋƶ⇾ⅦƊ⌽ ㉲Ⅶ locally, retaining the originality. The
Ɗ≞ ⢇ഃӯᕢ⿅ᆡ⁧၌Υᚳᣕ golden dried bamboo shoots are crispy
᪤᪦ӽȺᵄ and fresh, without bitterness. They are
now available at Douliu Pickled Product
Cooperative in Yunlin County.
