65 Delicacy Process Uncovered                                                                                                                Wuan Chuang Soy Sauce

                                                   Established in 1909, Wuan Chuang
                                                   Soy Sauce has always adhered to the
                                                   traditional fermentation method, and
                                                   reached contract growing with farm-
                                                   ers to use all Taiwanese black beans.
                                                   In 2008, the company renovated its
                                                   old factory areas and established
                                                   the first tourism factory in Yunlin
                                                   County. In addition to factory tours,
                                                   the company offers visitors courses
                                                   on black bean fermentation to learn
                                                   the traditional brewing of soy sauce
                                                   and experience the full fermentation
                                                   process.
