ᯝȠ↬۬෪ᒢჟワ ΩৱႶ⅟ゑ It looks like a Taiwanese meatball or
৑ࣃᮀႠ̞าDŽҚ஁ᮆ᥿৑၍ crystal dumpling, but it is actually an
᧮ DzὍᮞ࠘ѵẋƂ πѵࠥゑ exclusive dish that the old owner’s wife
⏝ α⻚ᚑ῝↬⑶ᡑ ƇሔБࠥ invented and passed down for fifty
ᒢワӯⰍƶ෪ᜱӹᔔ Ⴖ⿅ᆡ౜ years. The ground meat is wrapped
⡽ᮆᐓӥႄՂШȺ၍᧮ in starch sheet with bamboo shoots in
summer and turnip in winter, steamed.
The big triangle steamed dumplings can
be eaten with or without soup. It is a
must-try creative traditional delicacy in
Yunlin.
